With Operate, your system runs on your own server – we handle maintenance, but if the server fails, you as the owner are responsible. With Control, everything runs on our infrastructure – if something fails, it's our problem, not yours. These are two different products, not an upgrade.
No. With Operate and Control the setup is already included – you only pay the monthly per-seat operations. With Deploy and Lite the one-time setup is added (from $2,990, tiered by team size); Lite adds ongoing baseline support from $119/month.
Nothing mid-year – your monthly amount is fixed. Once a year we reconcile the active user accounts on a set date; if the headcount has grown, operations scale at the exact same per-seat rate (Lite $5, Operate $15, Control $25 per employee/month). The rate itself never rises, and there's no cap.
Yes – files, calendars, contacts and CRM data. What we don't migrate: email mailboxes. We don't run a mail server. Your existing email provider stays unchanged. Migration effort is quoted individually.
Your system runs on your own infrastructure (Deploy / Operate) or can be transferred to you at any time (Control). The software is open source – no vendor can switch it off. You always have full documentation of your setup.
