These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NexaStack website at nexastack.co (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The content on this Site — text, design, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by NexaStack or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The names “NexaStack” and our logo are ours. Third-party product and brand names mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Open-source software we release is governed by its own license, which controls in case of any conflict.

4. Information, quotes and no offer

The Site describes our services and indicative pricing for information only. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Any engagement, price, or service level is agreed separately in a written proposal or contract between you and NexaStack. We work to keep information accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, our booking calendar and external resources). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health.

You agree to hold NexaStack harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Where permitted, the courts at the operator’s place of business shall have jurisdiction.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
